
Picnic Planning
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance depending on the weather, your event and request date. You can book a picnic by contacting us via our contact page.
Theme and Color Choice: Decide your color from our gallery page. Each picnic is designed using one of our curated styles.
Choose Your Location: Whether it's one of our pop-up park location or your cozy backyard we work to create a setup that reflects your style and preferences.
Booking Your Picnic: Once we receive your contact form, well will contact you shortly after to discuss details.
Deposit: You will receive an invoice that can be paid online. A 50% deposit of the estimated total is required to secure the date & time for your picnic. You are also welcome to pay in full. The remaining balance (if any) will be due 7 days before your event date.
Things to Consider When Booking your Picnic
Sweet Escape Picnic offer beautiful outdoor dining experiences with professionally curated settings, and beautiful amenities. Our luxury picnics are so much more than an average social experience. We cater to intimate special occasions like wellness retreats, couples dates, anniversaries, proposals, milestones, birthdays and corporate events, setting up in beautiful locations such as parks and gardens. Our service includes set-up, clean-up, and staff that allows our clients to relax and enjoy the event without hassle.

All deposits are non-refundable.
Full Payments
A 50% refund will be granted on full payments when the cancellation request is received at least 14 consecutive days prior to the scheduled event date.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing!
For the best experience possible weather-related cancellations may occur, a credit will be issued to use towards a future picnic based on availability that must be redeemed within 6 months of the cancellation date based on availability.
