Picnic Planning
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance depending on the weather, the event space and request date. You can book a picnic by contacting us via our contact page.
Design: Each picnic is designed using one of our colors and unique designs.
Location: Whether it's one of our pop-up locations or your backyard, we work to create a beautiful setup you'll love.
Booking Your Picnic: Once we receive your contact form, well will contact you shortly after to discuss details.
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the estimated total is required to secure the date & time of your picnic. You are also welcome to pay in full. The remaining balance (if any) will be due 7 days before your event date.
Things to Consider When Booking your Picnic
Intimate Picnics offer beautiful outdoor dining experience using one of our curated table designs. Our luxury styled picnics are so much more than an average social experience. We cater to intimate special occasions that are set up in outdoor locations such as parks and private gardens areas. With our service clients to relax and enjoy the event without hassle of set-up, decor and clean-up.
Please be considerate of your picnic and our service. Your picnic is reserved for the amount of guest you choose. We ask that you do not invite additional guest outside your picnic package.
If someone is interested in booking a picnic please provide our contact information. We gladly accept client referrals and discounts to our customer for all successfully booked events.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Full Payments-A 50% refund will be granted on full payments when the cancellation request is received at least 14 consecutive days prior to the scheduled event date
(OR) a credit can be issued to use towards a future picnic scheduling based on availability that must be redeemed within 6 months of the cancellation date. All cancellation requests must be made in writing!
Weather-related cancellations may occur-Intimate Picnic will do our best to keep up with weather forecasting, unfortunately we are not in control of mother nature. In some cases it may be too hot or rain to be outdoors. In any event a credit will be issued to use towards a future picnic scheduling based on availability that must be redeemed within 6 months of the cancellation date based on availability.
